  • First HOPE House for Sale

    The HOPE Partnership and the Town of Old Saybrook are proud to announce that the first affordable home to be created under our combined efforts is now available for purchase by a deserving and qualified buyer.

    The HOPE Partnership was created several years ago through the efforts of many volunteers, church leaders, and the Town. It was created in response to the growing problem of home prices being out of reach for young families and local workers. Since its founding, the Town and HOPE have been working to identify ways to create homeownership and rental opportunities for those who may have grown up in Old Saybrook, or work here, but may not be able to afford a house in Old Saybrook.
